Whitnee's career in music started at the young age of thirteen. Hired as a featured singer at an
opry in Northwest Missouri, audiences were amazed at her low raspy voice as she sang Patsy Cline's
"Crazy". During those early years, Whitnee was a winner of every talent contest entered. She has had the
honor to perform our National Anthem for multiple professional teams becoming a crowd favorite.
A Florida native, Whitnee
Bohms has entertained audiences at Clearwater Festivals, Rock Crusher Canyon, the
famous Crystal River Jam, and had her own weekly show, "Whitnee on Wednesday"! Performing from Dallas
to Kansas City to Miami, she has surrounded herself with many artists and their valuable influences. At
seventeen, her dream came true when she relocated to the music capital of Nashville, TN. She attended
classes at Belmont University, while promoting and performing her songs. Her great determination put
her with top songwriters and musicians. She has recorded in some of the best recording studios in the
Nashville area.
In the beginning of her career, she felt she was completely "country", but lately has found contemporary
ballads, more pop than country, suit her passionate sounding vocals.
